Starfleet Record: Lieutenant (JG) William WallaceWilliam Wallace
Post:Chief of Sensors/Communications
Deep Space Eight
Species:Human Male
Birthplace:New Berlin, Luna, Sol system
Age:25

Physical characteristics:
Height/Weight:1.64 meters / 62 kilograms
Hair/Eyes:Auburn / Brown
Description:Physically, William Wallace is much shorter than average, but trim and proportional. His hair is worn short and high, and his face is extremely expressive of whatever emotion he is feeling at that particular time. His skin is fairly dark, especially for his heritage, which is almost pure Scotch/Irish.
Notes:Due to a serious ear infection when he was just an infant, Wallace suffered from acute hearing loss throughout most of his childhood. Recently, the inner section of one ear has been replaced with an auditory replacement prosthesis.

Personality characteristics:
Marital status:Single
Family:Father: Thomas Wallace; Mother: Regina Smythe-Wallace
Dominants:Unassuming, opinionated, relaxed
Notes:William Wallace is a study in extremes. While he is generally unassuming and relaxed to the point of being cripplingly shy, when confronted on a subject where he has expertise (or thinks he does), he can be incredibly opinionated and tenacious. He can and will hold grudges, and will try to win an argument long after the point has been made by one or the other party. He is also somewhat flighty, though generally reliable in the performance of his duties.
Interests:Wallace is interested in a broad array of subjects, but is unable to hold any particular interest for long. He suffers from being "a mile wide and an inch deep" in a multitude of fields, including astronomy, fencing, history, model-building, and languages. He does have a continuing interest in various forms of geology, and has been known to become distracted by a particularly unusual rock formation while on away missions.

Performance Evaluations:
Stardate 51118.3:CO: Captain Jonah Barret, CO, U.S.S. Renegade: Rating: Satisfactory. I am somewhat unsure of what to make of young Midshipman Wallace. He is an intriguing combination of quiet, reliable invisibility and incredible tenaciousness in view of a target. It is a combination which is likely to be infuriating to some commanding officers, but in a way I found it refreshing. I predict Wallace will either command his own ship one day or be cashired out of the fleet. He is unlikely to find a middle ground between, and those not willing to be patient should be wary of him.
END REPORT.
