On the next chapter of your future history book, "Coronado Diplomacy"
is listed as one of the 'key terms'. See the teaser itself for a more
in depth definition. Suffice it to say, the Pfhor "Cooperative" and
Reor'sa, once aggressive foes are coming together to sign a treaty in
the face of the new threat presented by the Xur.
During the Sim:
---------------
Xanadu's Fourth Chamber sees alot of recent activiny. The
experimental craft Tuberider is proceeding on it's maiden voyage into
infinity and a new Defender CIC has been established in the one-sided
chamber. This new CIC is addition to the one already set up for the
Flag Staff on Coronado.
With word of the new treaty to be signed, the Defender fleet has been
placed on alert to possible Xur attack. Many of the Defender allies
have recently arrived to bear witness to the historical event, so the
system is largely an organized mess of various convoys of friends and
of course, old foes.
Many conversations circulate as to what the future will bring at the
end of these proceedings. Will the Defenders get access to Pfhor
technology and weaponry? What will the reaction be to Pfhor Hunters
and Hounds being deployed in key allied positions? Most conversations
and speculations cease with the arrival of a Boratis Scout Craft and
Reorsan shuttle in tandem. The shuttle, belonging to the Ji'sa and
allies of the Boratis, have come to make a plea for inclusion in the
historic treaty. Commodore Daren allows the shuttle, in need of a
dock, a place on Coronado, and arrangements are made for visitors.
Soon it will be up to the brass to figure out what to do about the
Ji'sa and their call for inclusion.
And suddenly there are new conversations, and new speculations as the
past just paid Coronado an unexpected visit.
