During the Sim:

The Starship Coronado, now "RS Coronado", has returned to the nebula
in Grid 013 with more of her sister ships to assist. After several
days with about as much luck as the last time they were in the nebula
a lead is finally found. For a second, a sensor probe picks up an
energy signature consistent with the previous anomaly at J043.
Coronado moves to investigate this new find, with one small problem:
several Xur fighter craft were spotted in the area and presumably
destroyed the sensor probe before it could do any in depth
collection.
Meanwhile in Xanadu, Captain Sieven Drexler the newly appointed
Commander of the facility is contacted by the Penthia yards. It seems
that the Wraith Liberators that were to be constructed and delivered
to the Alliance for purposes of Xanadu's immediate protection are no
longer available. The contractor, Whitestone Enterprises and it's
President (A Ferengi named Kishrak), is saying that they have a higher
bid from another client. If this myterious bidder actually exists or
is only a part of this Ferengi's scheme to raise the agreed upon price
is unknown, but Drexler is intent on getting those Liberators and he
instructs Commander Osborne to find out how much it will take to
outbid the competition.
Coronado approches the last known location of their destroyed sensor
probe that reported finding the matching energy signature. They
deploy Spectres and attempt to get a fix on the direction of the
energy's source. After a few minutes of floating through the area,
briefly a vector can be extrapolated. They move along this new course
very cautiously.
Soon after Drexler completes his call with Osborne, a Pfhor Transport
is spotted changing course and heading right for the facility. An
audio distress call is received. The pfhor ship has suffered some
kind of reactor damage. Captain Bentall's ship, Blackrazor is called
to intercept the vessel and find out the severity of the damage. The
transport continues toward the First Chamber opening despite being
asked to stop numerous times. The vessel is leaking radiation as it
makes it's way to the start of the Second Chamber where Churchill
stops it with it's tractor beam. A rescue operation is begun by the
local Marine ground force.
In the nebula, one of Coronado's Spectres reports reading something
unusual directly ahead, but before he can get anything more specific
from his sensors his feed to the ship is lost. Daren orders Coronado
to a complete stop while they can determine what caused the fighter to
be destroyed. Lieutenant Brooks fishes through the final seconds of
the Spectre's sensor logs to discover the image of Six Xur Carriers
deployed in a circle formation. It seems the pilot strayed a bit too
close to their weapons range and was cut down quickly. With the Xur
probably aware that they have been discovered here, Daren orders
D'rall to find them some where to hide and quickly!
