Welcome to Cadet Nick Curcio, who has joined Coro as the new Squadron
Leader of the TF-47 Thunderbirds. Welcome, Nick!

Aurel Ian has done an outstanding job on Coro -- she is a particularly
strong role-player, writes frequent logs, and is a tremendous asset to the

Sim Title: "Open the Pod Bay Door, HAL", Part 3
As a result of Savant's odd behaviour, Commander Lora Kor has little
choice but to order T'Prax to eject the warp core. This disabled main
power was disabled, and as a result, the ship's primary stabilization
routines were impaired. However, without main power, Savant was unable
to maintain her "armies" of holograms, which were terminated as a result.
In addition, though, shutting down main power appeared to have a direct
effect on Savant herself -- when Commander Bentall's away team
successfully reached the Bridge, there was no sign of her.
While Bentall's team worked frantically to bring the Coronado out of
slipstream and danger, Commander Lora Kor had a rather domestic problem
to solve. Mr. Dalton continued to act strangely, apparently scaring
Ensign Ian and her young child. As a result, T'Prax came to his family's
aid. The Commander was forced to order T'Prax back to Engineering, and
asked Ian to escort Dalton to Sickbay. Meanwhile, Major Ironside,
seriously injured by Savant, struggled to make his own way there as well.
Doctor Barnes soon found himself awash in patients, and treated each in
turn. Lora Kor then returned to the Bridge.
There, he relieved Commander Bentall, who dispatched Cadet Curcio in a
Spectre to recover the warp core and then proceeded to Engineering to
oversee its installation with the assistance of T'Prax and Dejat.
Meanwhile, Commanders Lora Kor and Ragarok traced Savant to a little-used
part of the computer core, where the command interface was apparently
intent on committing suicide. At the suggestion of Cadet Oswald, Savant
was transferred to the holodeck and a holographic counselling session --
surprisingly under the care of the EEH. Lora Kor and Ragarok then removed
Savant's memories of the previous several days and the Commander applied a
patch to Savant's hurt feelings, in the form of a recognition for her
outstanding work. It now remains to be seen whether this rather
unorthodox repair will be successful, especially as Mr. Dalton has vowed
revenge on her...
