 Coronado by Commander Raven Silver (MIA)...

 Rihannsu Tal Shiar Secret Transmission
 Ownership of this report by other than Tal Shiar personnel is grounds for
 termination and elimination of all family lines, rights, and holdings.

 Date:		Day 48 of Year 2138 of the Empire

 To:		Major Nel Dara, Tal Shiar Element 221

 From:		Proconsul Neral, Rihannsu Prime

 You are authorized to pilot assault ship Tal to the area near Federation
 Starbase 247, located in Tazduk 138.162.204.  A 135-member assault force
 has been placed in transporter stasis aboard Tal.

 Once there, you will capture and hold the Federation timeship that will be
 undergoing tests in the area, assisted by warbirds Khazara, Nechda, and
 Rialla.  Once you have the Federation timeship, strip the timeshift drive
 from its carcass and install it in Tal.

 Once that is complete, you will proceed to Lexda 3, known to the
 Federation as Narendra III.  Once there, you will timeshift 29 years into
 the past, just prior to our gloriously successful attack on the Klingon
 base on Lexda 3 at that time.

 Your actual mission: capture the Federation warship U.S.S. Enterprise,
 NCC-1701-C, that interfered with our assault on Lexda 3.

 Once you are successful in capturing the Federation vessel, your orders
 are to execute the crew, and then proceed with it to Lexda 3.  Once there,
 rendezvous with the early-model D'Daridex warbirds participating in that
 attack.  There you will assure the Rihannsu commanders of your interests
 in their success and assist in their attack.  In the process, you will
 make certain that the Klingon forces defending Lexda 3 know that your ship
 is a Federation starship participating in a Rihannsu attack on that
 facility.  This should result in a state of total war between the
 Federation and the Klingon Empire in the current time which can only lead
 to greater success for the Rihannsu Empire.

 If you are unable to capture the Federation warship, destroy it utterly.
 This should still result in either war between the Klingons and the
 Federation, or at least much less friendly relations than exist today.

 Once your mission is complete, use the Federation timeshift technology to
 return to the present time, where it is expected that the timeline will
 have significantly altered.  The Tal contains records of our current
 timeline which you will need to use to establish your credentials in the
 new timeline.

 This is a mission ripe with promise and opportunity, and your success is
 expected.
