Xanadu The first Xur wave came quickly, but there wasn't a disruptive nebula to aid them. The Alliance could finally unleash their false matter torpedoes, and that they did. The carriers quickly fell under the onslaught of Xanadu's protector fleet. Meanwhile, back at Xanadu, replacement torpedoes were already under construction as a larger battle seemed to be only hours away. Most of the ships returned to Xanadu to reload, and the minefield that had been created, then taken down, was being recreated again. Slipstream-capable ships were still two hours away, while the Xur were likely closer to a second attack. Drexler decided that the Zheda matter could no longer wait, and he prepared a slipstream packet to rendezvous with the Concordat ship. BTC |
