...stardate 240403.21, Lt. Commander Maiko D'rall recording. It's almost time. Last year, I thought it was a bad dream, a nightmare which could be easily dismissed as someting induced by indigestion while asleep. Having heard the gossip over the last year though, I know only too well that the things that happen on this day every year are real, even if only for those 24 hours. I can only hope that this year the events of this day will not be as horrifyingly embarrasing as they were last year. -- End Personal Log -- -- HELM REPORT, SD240403.21 Roster Changes: - Shift Change, Cdt. Tornello to Beta Watch - Shift Change, Ens. Miranda to Beta Watch Relief I've decided to give Cadet Tornello some primary duty on the bridge rather than have him as relief. Ensign Kerman's replacement, Ensign Miranda, seems to be adjusting well to life on Coronado - such as it is most of the time - and I think he'll make a decent backup to the cadet should any problems come up. Promotions/New Arrivals/Departures: - Promotion, re: R. Stackpole, presently LT. JG Rachel's performance at the helm has been above reproach; her professional attitude has been welcomed by many on the bridge and her assistance has been invaluable with the new officers onboard.
