Post:Former Chief Science Officer
U.S.S. Coronado, NCC-97901
Species:Human Female
Birthplace:Indiana, North America, Earth
Age:25

Physical Characteristics:
Height/Weight:164 centimeters / 69 kilograms
Hair/Eyes:Red / Hazel
Description:Though she is heavier than Starfleet standards she is well proportioned and muscular especially in her calves, being able to leg press 275 lbs in a standard workout. Her talents in self defense are noteworthy, a post in security having been an excellent possible choice but she followed her first love, science, instead, engineering likely being a second career choice.

She makes an imposing figure when she appears in unform, her height further accented by the boots with tall heels, standing eye to eye with many men when in uniform. She rarely smiles in greetings, but she has been known to often smile at others sense of humor.

Often, she may be unintentially misunderstood, many times having her nose in some recent study, but on a one on one basis she can be a cheerful companion, especially if she is discussing her Irish ancestors. She seems the stern librarian/scientist stereotype, which she is at times especially on duty, but she can be a warm, lving and caring person--esecially towards crewmembers.

She often wraps her shoudler length page cut hair in a tight bun out of the way on top of her head and physically resembles Kathryn Janeway, whom she was named after, from, the U.S.S. Voyager.

Notes:Though ambidextrous, she favors using her left hand as her dominant hand. Her left/right brain usage evaluations p[ut her amount of usage of either side of the brain as nearly using both left and right brain equally. Her IQ is classified, being listed high on the chart... the lowest figiures available are 186+, though she is not interested in playing Mensa type games but would rather use her abilities to solving a defined problem.

Personality Characteristics:
Marital Status:Single
Dominants:Impulsive, studious, determined
Family:Father: Edmond Andrew Janeway; Mother: Genuvive; Sister: Penelope (Penni); Dog: Chang (Shi-Tzu)
Family Notes:Her younger sister--by four years--lives at home with their mother in Indiana, while attending college, and cares for her dog. Her mother would otherwise be alone for the most part due to long absences by their father, who as an ambassador often travels to points of conflict to assist in peace negotiations and deals for the Federation, as an retired-Admiral.

Notes:Janeway is pretty much a loner. She will work in a team but she does not go out of her way to seek companionship or assistance. She is known to be an innovative leader on away team, often creating odd solutions to emergency situations. She values the input of others, using their ideas as springboards to solutions and encouraging them to try for goals they choose to acheive, offering to train them in areas of familiarity to her.
Interests:As stated before, Janeway is very into first contact methods -- learning about varied cultures. Though she hates camping, she will endure hardships to study other lands. She often runs archeological based programs in the holodeck based on database records from various areas in the universe. She would take time off at the academy to visit sites throughout the campus area to discern its secrets of the ancient civilizations found in the areas.

Gothic Mysteries fill her times on the holodeck as well as imaginings about mythical creatures developed from aspects of stellar data. She often creates such beings to physically work against in mock fighting technioques and has been known to get injuries from deleting the protection codes established in the holodeck. She has been told, as a compliment, that she has the heart of a warrior, but only if she feels cornered in a situation.

Personal History:
Overview:Janeway enjoys a challenge, as has been shown by her excelling in classes at the academy. She enjoys learning, and strives to find out the particulars of a subject she may not be familiar with.

Though not psychic, two of her prize possesions are a crystal ball once believed to have been owned by the prophet Nostradamus, and a set of French Tarot cards from the period of Luis 14 in France owned by the Russian Rasputin. She is not known to have actually consulted them particularly, there has been talk on previous ships that sometimes her intuitions are right on target. These were gifts to her from a great grandmother, whom Janeway claims to have seen the nioght she died at the foot of her bed. Janeway was only 10 at the time.

Janeway also had nghtmares as a child of weapons that cased little destruction except for dissoplviong skin off of living organisms as if the skin were melted wax. She was sent to a psychiatrist for the dreams, but was told that she had a vivid imagination and should find a career goal that would use her talents.

She has always been curious, since as a child she first saw the light of a rainbow. Reading about scientists and the world they discovered throughout history, Janeway has most been influenced by Sir Issac Newton, Werner Von Braun, Zephram Cochrane, and most often by Leonardo DaVincci.

As extra credit, she spent two summers at the digs in Akrotiri on the Island of Thera, also known as Santorini, where she often influenced the daughter of the main archaeologist---Athena Stavropoulis, whom she later influenced to also join and who now serves on Starbase Versailles as a Science officer.

Ungtae Brie
Post:Former Chief Medical Officer
U.S.S. Coronado, NCC-97901
Birthplace:Great City of B'Hala, Bajor
Species:Bajoran Female
Age:26

Physical Characteristics:
Height/Weight:160 centimeters / 46 kilograms
Hair/Eyes:Brown / Brown
Description:Considered to be quite attractive by many, Dr. Ungtae is striking in that she is shorter than most Starfleet officers. Ungtae did not meet the height requirements of Starfleet Academy, but she was ultimately accepted to the Medical Program because her entrance scores were outstanding and because her father was the Kai of Bajor.

Personality Characteristics:
Marital Status:Single
Family:Father: Kai Ungtae Bran (Deceased); Mother: Ungtae Keall; Sister: Ungtae Jala.
Dominants:Calm, confident, cheerful
Notes:Ungtae has proven herself to be a competent physician with a pleasant bedside manner. Ungtae can often be found with her patients, reassuring those who experience any problems during treatment under her care.

During her medical internship time on Deep Space Nine and Bajor, Ungtae was briefly involved romantically with a young cargo captain named Joseph Darius Sisko, son of the late Captain Benjamin Sisko. Ungtae's deeply religious nature often interfered with the relationship as she felt that Sisko should have been "more like his father", a prominent Bajoran religious figure aside from his duties as a Starfleet officer.

Ungtae was born at the exact moment at which the Bajorans' Emissary to the Prophets, Captain Benjamin Sisko, was taken from his linear existence. She is considered by many Bajorans to be a blessed child and has lived her life in the luxury of one who is the daughter of the Kai.
Interests:Swimming and horseback riding are favorite pastimes of Ungtae. She can also be found socializing with crewmates in the holodeck or the crew lounge or curled up in her quarters catching up on her reading.

Personal History:
Family history:Daughter of the Bajoran Kai Ungtae Bran, Brie grew up in a home surrounded by love and luxury. Her mother and father raised her until her father's death when she was 17. It was shortly thereafter that she enrolled at Starfleet Academy.
Early life:Ungtae's childhood was unremarkable, with the exception that she was born in the Bajoran holy city of B'Hala on the Day of the Emissary's Ascension. It was believed by many in the Bajoran clergy that Ungtae was a child blessed of the Prophets, and it was her birth that led to her father's appointment as successor to the late Kai Winn Adami.
At the Academy:Her career at Starfleet Academy reflected her brilliant mind and the lessons taught her by private tutors afforded to the children of the Kai. Ungtae graduated in the top ten percent of her class and was afforded the special consideration for specialty schools given to all cadets of such high standing.

Ungtae chose to enter the Starfleet Medical Corps Training Program and excelled in the field of infectious diseases, though she was trained as an all-around physician with the same basic surgical and medical knowledge of any Starfleet Medical Corps officer.
Starfleet:Ungtae's career has been that of a competent medical student/resident in the process of earning her standing in the medical community. Her actions in the aftermath of the terrorist incident at the Bajoran University of Zocal have earned her a great deal of respect within the medical profession as not only a brilliant researcher in the field of infectious diseases but also as a fine leader in field triage situations.

Ungtae aspires to be a researcher in infectious diseases with the Federation Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Her field work aboard the Coronado during her first duty assignment aboard that ship have certainly earned her consideration for a future posting to the CDCP.

Past Officer

Name:
Ensign J'aren Mayo

Post:Former Watch Tactical Officer
U.S.S. Coronado, NCC-97901

Species:Human/Andorian Male
Birthplace:Unknown
Age:22

Physical Characteristics:
Height/Weight:197 centimeters / 75 kilograms
Hair/Eyes:Brown / Black
Description:Tall, slim, unpreposessing, and with blue-tinted skin, the young crossbreed has inherited a fairly average set of characteristics. Though fairly athletic, he exhibits little of the strength of his Andorian Mother, but has inherited her gross anatomy. Nestled in his shoulder length hair are the two eyestalks of an Andorian, though. His face is pleasant, very friendly and open, but is not quite as reactive as the massively emotional full Andorian's would be.
Notes:Should be noted that, although far closer to human strength levels than Andorian, is still within the top ten percent for his muscle mass. Has a 360 degree field of vision due to eyestalks, and can see almost any range of light.

Personal History:
Marital Status:Single
Family:Father: Professor Edward Cavanaugh - Astrophysicist (deceased); Mother: Lillian Cavanaugh
Dominants:Intelligent, flighty, loyal.
Notes:Likes being liked. Very light, very fluffy, but underneath has VERY strong morals. Will NOT lie for less than the fate of a friend, including for his own life. Will not stand by and see suffering. Passionate and stubborn.
Interests:Computers, books, old games and media. Anything else, on a rotating weekly basis. Language scholar.

Background:Born of William Charles Mayo of Earth and Anse'dra Muso T'larn of Andor, J'aren suffered little of the discrimination known by other half-breeds. He had a rather idyllic childhood on Andor, and entered into starfleet due to innate curiousity, a desire to help others, and, of course, boredom. Suffering from the Andorian and Human equivalents of ADD at the same time, it seems, he catapulted from one station to the other, becoming jack of all trades, and master of the computer console. Created a standard console display. Claims to have made a system so streamlined that any command can be issued in three commands or less.

Graduated Starfleet Academy High Honors, Major in Computer Science, Took year's leave during which he claims the following occurred...

"Oh, the usual.,.... I left Starfleet on a year's furlough that I never got around to taking while you were there, joined an Orion Pirate freighter, which I sabotaged mid-fight to prevent casualties, and then bought and rechristened the Hindi-Louisa. Then got caught in the Romulan/Klingon DMZ, headed for Fed space, made it through the Triple DMZ, then got crippled by ::J'aren begins to laugh:: You'll never believe this... And unarmed freighter who thought I was a pirate. They had a black market photon torpedo, and they jettisoned it out the waste disposal tube."

Curiously, though the story itself has been verified, the events mentioned took up less than 40% of the time he was unaccounted for after his graduation.

Species:Human Male
Birthplace:Unknown (Believed, Earth)
Age:Unknown (Believed, 26)

Physical Characteristics:
Height/Weight:190 centimeters / 117 kilograms
Hair/Eyes:Red / Blue
Description:Tall and muscular, with long legs and a large upper body. Despite his sheer physical size Moore can "sneak" about with the best of them but is often kept out of scouting missions due to his height which makes him stand out.

Personality Characteristics:
Marital Status:Single
Family:Unknown.
Dominants:Loyal, Caring, Unintentionally intimidating
Notes:Though he is believed to be about 26 years of age no one, not even himself, truly knows his age or where he came from. At the age of around 17, he found himself on the steps of Starfleet Academy not knowing who he was or where he had come from. After a couple of months of research the Academy gave up trying to figure out who he was, as no records existed on him anywhere. He choose a name for himself and applied to the Academy. After acing the entrance exam, he was admitted into the Academy and he worked extremely hard filling his empty life with learning. He made many friends and leaned on them as he would if they were family.

Upon graduating from the Academy he decided to enroll in the Marine Academy as he hoped to use the Marine Code of Honour to extend his family even more. After graduation from the Marine Academy he was assigned to the U.S.S. Renegade and served on her for many months. After the Renegade along with Task Force 5.4 was forced into Galaxy M64, Moore became aware of a Company Commander position opening up on the U.S.S. Coronado. Putting in his tranfer papers he was delighted when it came through. He joined his new crew and is happily serving along side many other Marines. His one long term goal is to find out who he is and where he came from. He will only be complete upon completion of this goal.

Post:Former Flight Operations Officer
U.S.S. Coronado, NCC-97901
Birthplace:Kiarrel
Species:Kioth Male
Age:41

Physical Characteristics:
Height/Weight:199 centimeters / 111 kilograms
Hair/Eyes:Teal Blue (Long) / Teal
Description:Most Kioth have mottled skin of a light brown, dark gray, or forest green color. Nikkos is light brown in color, with black speckles. His hair is shoulder length and straight, and is the same color as his eyes: a deep teal. Kioth skulls are larger than humans' are, and more elongated than round at the back.

Kioth have a pair of upper and lower arms, with the upper arms being longer and stronger, and the lower arms more dexterous but shorter. They walk upright on two legs, and have a torso roughly the same size as humans.
Notes:Kioth have a sixth sense that extends far beyond that which humans and other bipeds often believe they have. However, the Kioth do not use it often because it appears to be a cultural and possibly a spiritual taboo to do so. Because of this reluctance, scientists at the colony have not been able to adequately study this ability, or its success rate.

The Kioth call this ability siath siarren, and do not use it lightly. Siath siarren is not easily translated -- it can mean one of six or seven different things, depending on the mood of the speaker. Some translations include "blessed gift", "forbidden sight", and "good curse".

Kioth males and females both can bear children, and apparently often have some ability to determine which of the two parents will bear the child. Some couples leave it to chance, while others specifically choose one or the other based on the social and biological significance. Male Kioth tend to bear sons and females daughters. However, all Kioth rulers have been women, and in fact men are forbidden from ruling. But the guild names and traits are passed down through patriarchal lines, so a lack of male children would result in the eventual loss of enclaves. This has occurred at a more alarming rate over the past century, with the Kioth no longer having a home planet. For the past five years, there has been no one unchallenged Kioth ruler.

Personality Characteristics:
Marital Status:Single
Family:Father: Avuren, Farviewer. Age: 132. Alive; lives on Penthia VI. Divorced. Mother: Bialth, Earthtender. Age: 129. Alive; currently on a nomadic vessel, the Enclave-Six. Divorced. Sister: Charsi, Farviewer. Age: 27. Alive; lives on Penthia VI. Brother: Gyoroth, Farviewer. Age: 49. Alive; resides in a hospital ward at Churchill Downs. Suffered a number of mental breakdowns due to empathic overload. Brother: Hamish, Earthtender. Deceased; killed in 2389 during Starfleet training exercises. Named for an academy professor Bialth had an affair with.
Dominants:Upbeat, inquisitive, solemn.
Notes:Kiarrel was ceded to an alien species (the Kioth abide by the aliens' wish that their true name not be spoken) in order to stop a war between that species and the Vosii. This was done forty years ago. The Kioth are now a partially nomadic species. They are one of the only races to end up settling on various other worlds, while 60% of the population travels around the galaxy in ships.

Kioth names derive from an old habit of specializing in a particular craft, guild, or special task in a group known as an enclave. Although the nomadic Kioth rarely study the arts of their namesakes, a few carry on this tradition. Nikkos is of the Farviewer enclave, who were not only orienteers, but also well trained in the use of siath siarren, serving as guides for Kioth citizens who wished the services of an expert in this strange ability.

The Kioth were known as a race of peacemakers. For over 800 years, the Kioth traveled to and from planets settling disputes in a mediator-like capacity. They traveled under a shield from attack which most races in the sectors surrounding Kiarrel observed -- akin to the conventions that prevent the firing upon of doctors during wartime.

Kioth still maintain active training in their children to fulfill this diplomatic role, although it is not called for by alien races as often as it once was. The Kioth also train their children in the use of telepathic and empathic abilities, although Reorsan and Kioth scientists have been able to verify that lack of use or lack of proper training can result in diminished or erratic use of these mental powers. Nikkos never enjoyed his mental exercises, and often forwent them as a child.

Nikkos is fairly young for a Kioth, and exhibits a mild kind of naivete that some of the colonists at Churchill Downs found endearing, but others (particularly his teachers at the makeshift Starfleet Academy) saw as a potential liability. Nikkos is friendly upon first meeting a new person, but easily stung at reproach or rudeness, or a rebuke to his friendly overtones. Rather than get upset, he tends to withdraw from the person in question and become very quiet around the person. With people he is comfortable around, Nikkos is outgoing and effusive.

Nikkos has a voracious appetite for reading, and has enjoyed studying Reorsan and Federation history. His medical training mixes old Kioth use of herbalism with the most current Reorsan medical technology known to the colonists -- which is, of course, centuries out of date to current technologies. Nikkos is inquisitive, asking questions about most things he is told, although he learned well enough during training that there are orders generally mustn't be questioned, and certainly not at the time they're given.
Interests:Nikkos is very good with languages. He enjoys picking up new ones, in addition to reading, human crossword puzzles, and studying history.

Past Experience:
2388:First encountered Churchill Downs on a routine "look around journey" from Penthia VI at the age of 28.
2390:Lived for a brief time on Churchill Downs. Learned Federation standard.
2391:Applied for and entered the Academy at the colony. For a variety of reasons, entered as a medical student.
2395:Graduated from the Academy. Rejected for service upon the Churchill; remained at the large Chamberlain hospital as head of their new exobiology -- Nikkos was, at that time, the only expert on alien races off the colony world.
2397:Tiring of his work but having trained a small cadre of new exobiologists, Nikkos took a leave of absence to begin travelling around the sector once again in his shuttle.
2400:Returned to the colony and was assigned as a low-ranking doctor on the Churchill.
2401:Requested transfer to a task force vessel. Initially assigned as Assistant Medical Officer, U.S.S. Coronado.

Fornan Dejat
Post:Former Chief Flight Operations Officer
U.S.S. Coronado, NCC-97901
Species:Cardassian Male
Birthplace:Lakarrian City, Cardassia Prime
Age:46 (Standard)

Physical Characteristics:
Height/Weight:184 centimeters / 77 kilograms
Hair/Eyes:Black / Grey
Description:Fornan Dejat is a picture of health. He has a strong, light-muscled build and is of average Cardassian height (slightly above average for humans). His features are both mischievous and calming, an odd combination in any life form. His silver eyes are both piercing and soft, another unusual combination. His hair is usually kept slicked back, in the stereotypical style of his species, but he has been known to wear it parted on the left. His skin is a light tan color.
Notes:Dejat has an odd scar running down his left arm. It bears resemblance to a knife or dagger wound, but he has disclosed no information on this topic.

Personality Characteristics:
Marital Status:Single
Family:Father: Lerg Dejat; Mother: Rila Dejat (deceased); Brother: Galt Garin Dejat (deceased)
Dominants:Sociable, humorous, cunning, mysterious
Notes:Fornan Dejat is a very complex person. He presents the image of of a light-hearted, sociable, and humorous person. He is able to get along with most anyone, and even has a high tolerance for people he finds very irritating. People in that category include those that tend to talk about themselves too much or believe they're doing a good job of something they're not. He is readily able to accept his own mistakes and, if necessary, atone for them. Despite this, Dejat doesn't have very many close friends. While he considers many of his shipmates his "amicable acquiantances," he only considers a small number of them friends.
Interests:Fornan Dejat is the kind of person that's ready to do anything. He'll try anything at least once. Among his more favored past times are hiking, swimming, and the phaser target game Velocity. Dejat is also a skilled poker player and enjoys a wide variety of strategy-based games, including Strategema and 3-Dimensional Chess. Something of a tinkerer, Dejat is well versed in propulsion mechanics, warp theory, and starship design. In addition, Dejat has been known to be an expert holoprogram designer and has a set of fourteen holoprograms that he uses quite often when not on duty. The subject matter on these holoprograms ranges from Cardassian mysteries to human fairy-tales and folklore.

Personal History:
Family History:Fornan was born to Lerg and Rila Dejat. Lerg is a retired Cardassian Gul, having served with distinction for 40 years in the Cardassian Military. Rila had always been a housewife, deciding that she belonged at home to raise her children. Lerg had urged her to continue working as a judicator, but she felt her family came first. When Dejat was two standard years old, his brother Garin was born.

Early Life:Dejat's life was nearly started into the ways of the Cardassian military. Lerg, having been a former officer, took every opportunity to educate his sons in the ways of the Cardassian military—from command structure to technology. The boys didn't attend actual schooling but instead had the advantage of learning everything a Gul with 40 years of service could possibly teach them. Early on, Dejat proved to be proficient in four things: flying, engineering, mischief, and cunning. Garin, the more "innocent" of the two brothers, was an excellent hunter and, seemingly in contrast to his hunting prowess, a poetic writer. The two quickly learned a great deal from their father, right up until what humans call "manhood." Then the Dominion War broke out. Garin and Fornan were both drafted into service, Garin having only just turned 18. Garin was assigned to the Galor-class Attack Cruiser Vodran. The twenty year-old Fornan was taken elsewhere.

The Obsidian Order:Contrary to popular belief, the Obsidian Order had not been taken apart by the Dominion. It still functioned and more efficiently than ever—right under the Dominion's nose. Cardassian sympathizers brought Fornan to the secret underground base, having secretly observed his talent for mischief when he was a young boy. Here, his already extensive training in the ways of the Cardassian military was expanded. He was trained in various "black" arts. To this day, he's only shown (frighteningly intimate) familiarity with a few fields that would fall into this category, but many suspect his knowledge runs much deeper. When the Dominion destroyed Dejat's hometown of Lakarrian City, he was outraged and crushed. As far as he knew, his entire family was dead. Dejat might've gotten his revenge, though. It is rumored that the Obsidian Order played a part in the recapturing of Dominion Headquarters, but none of the Cardassians involved nor Colonel Kira Nerys will confirm or deny this.

Post War:After the Dominion left Cardassia the rebuilding began. Dejat found out that his mother had been killed in the Lakarrian City massacre, but his father had managed to survive. It also turned out that Garin had been killed in action, his ship having been destroyed by a pair of Jem'Hadar Attack Ships. Lerg and Fornan held a funeral for their fallen family members. Many other survivors of the Lakarrian City massacre joined this ceremony. The Obsidian Order returned to its station as a recognized part of the military. The reconstruction of Cardassia Prime was slow, but sure. The Order played a critical role during this period by providing information to keep the Cardassian government aware of the political machinations of other governments that could potentially harm the still-weak Union.

Cardassian Betrayal:Just prior to the scandal involving the Cardassians and the League of Freedom in 2394, Dejat and a number of his Obsidian Order friends defected to the Federation, suspecting what would soon come. Their fears came true and the Cardassian Union was expelled from the UGAP. Fortunately, though, Dejat and his company were recognized as being under the protection of the UGAP and adopted into the Federation. Unfortunately, they were also declared fugitives by the Cardassian government and banished from Cardassia Prime, not to return for a decade.

Starfleet Academy:Garin came to Earth to be nearer to his son. Although not exactly met with open arms, the community he moved into eventually accepted him. Fornan met with similar grudging acceptance. Still impassioned with a desire to serve, Fornan opted to join Starfleet Academy. He was only required to take a three-year course in order to get him acquainted with Federation systems (which he was already quite familiar with). Dejat soon demonstrated his uncanny piloting abilities. His first experiences aboard the Academy trainer craft proved his skills way above some of the highest marks in Academy history. He performed with nearly unparalleled skill in both Peregrine-class Tactical Fighter and Destroyer-scale ship simulatoions. Where his apparently innate skill comes from he has never said—this may be a choice on his part or the simple fact that he himself doesn't know. Suffice it to say he excelled through his courses and entered service aboard USS Concorde, a Starfleet Intelligence carrier.

U.S.S. Concorde:Fornan served aboard Concorde with distinction, rising from Ensign to Lieutenant JG in just under a year. His knowledge of flight quickly found him assigned as the ship's Chief Flight Operations Officer. He and Concorde's Chief Engineer, Lieutenant Mitsumo Takashida, became very close friends—an oddity for Dejat, who rarely accepted anyone as a friend, much less someone close enough to talk about his past to.

U.S.S. Coronado:When U.S.S. Coronado came on the scene, it was every pilot in Starfleet's dream to fly her—one of the first ships with slipstream technology. Dejat's uncanny and instinctive piloting skills won him the position, in which he has served with pride to this day.

Pre-Starfleet Experience:
Stardate 235402.19:Dejat is taken to the underground Obsidian Order and serves the Order until half of the Order's personnel defect to the Federation.
Stardate 237409.05:Dejat is taken to the underground Obsidian Order and serves the Order until half of the Order's personnel defect to the Federation.
Stardate 239407.29:Dejat, along with half of the Obsidian Order's personnel defect to the Federation, in fear of the rest of the UGAP finding out about the deception of the Union.

Unofficial:
Former Chief Medical Officer
U.S.S. Coronado, NCC-97901
Former Proprietor, Seventh Heaven crew lounge
Birthplace:Ullia
Species:Ullian Male
Age:34

Physical Characteristics:
Height/Weight:179 centimeters / 65 kilograms
Hair/Eyes:Brown / Grey
Description:Dalton is a man whose appearance can change from one that allows him to blend in to one that stands out strikingly. His most distinguishing features are his eyes, which glitter with intelligence, and his slow, thin smile. Often wearing loose-fitting clothes, Dalton seems a man at ease. He is not physically large or intimidating.
Notes:Ullians are a species of telepaths, characterized by skin involutions in the temporal area of their skulls. Though Ullians are readable to read the minds of many other species, they themselves are unreadable by other telepathic groups, including Betazoids. In the 2300s, members of the Ullian society began to extensively practice the art of telepathic memory retrieval and were using that talent to amass a library of individual memories, not unlike a collection of oral histories. By 2399, Ullian historians had compiled memories from 28 planets.

While telepathic memory invasion rape was a crime that was rampant in Ullian society prior to the 21st century, the last known instance was in 2368 aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise, NCC-1701-D.

Personality Characteristics:
Marital Status:Unknown, presumed Single
Family:Unknown
Dominants:Enigmatic, observant, cunning, entrepreneurial
Notes:Dalton is well-versed in listening to others, absorbing information he gathers, and remembering it. His father was a scientist working as in the art of telepathic memory retrieval, and Dalton learned how to perform this skill as well, albeit to a lesser extent. Not many people know much about Dalton's personal life, as he is a rather closed book. As he has been known to say, "One cannot listen when speaking about oneself." Dalton's business and entrepreneurial sense is well honed. He seems particularly able to hold his own with more advanced bartering species such as the Ferengi.

Starfleet Experience:
2384:Entered Starfleet Academy. Field of study: Botanical Sciences. Later changed field of study to Psychological Sciences.
2385:Changed field of study to Medical.
Jan 2388:Graduated two months before rest of his class due to advanced placement. Assigned, Chief Medical Officer, U.S.S. Nightshade.
Jun 2388:Resigned post aboard U.S.S. Nightshade, stating "lack of interesting things to do". To quote from Dalton's own letter of resignation: "The people aboard this ship are some of the healthiest I have ever seen. They rarely get ill, and the injuries that occur are minor enough to be capably handled by the greenest medical technician or the EMH. I am hardly needed here for anything."
Nov 2388:Resigned Starfleet commission and embarked on trip in one-man shuttle to parts unknown, last known heading: Bajoran Wormhole.
2391:First reappearance back in Federation space aboard Starbase Deep Space Nine. Hired as office manager, Quark's Bar.
2392:Purchased small tavern and inn on Bajor in Purim Province called Seventh Heaven.
Mar 2393:Implicated as an accomplice to an escaped man persecuted by the Vedek Assembly. Licenses for Seventh Heaven revoked; inn closed. Left Bajor for parts unknown.
2394:Purchased a bar near the Utopia Planetia shipyards and named it Seventh Heaven.

Post:Former Watch Tactical Officer
U.S.S. Coronado, NCC-97901

Species:Human Male
Birthplace:Unknown
Age:28

Physical Characteristics:
Height/Weight:171 centimeters / 90 kilograms
Hair/Eyes:Black / Black
Description:A gaunt man, seeming sturdy at first sight, little muscular tissue visible barely with the bulging clothes. The very form of this man seems to exude an air of arrogance, an effect further enhanced with the man's walk -- deadly grace springs his body into motion with measured ease, the militaristic stride of a hunter obvious with each calculatedstep. His oval head, coated by shortly trimmed black hair, hosts a set of equally fuliginous eyes that stare at the world devoid of emotion. Perhaps the hint of a smile can be seen from time to time, depending on the situation.

Personal History:
Marital Status:Single
Family:Father: Professor Edward Cavanaugh - Astrophysicist (deceased); Mother: Lillian Cavanaugh
Dominants:Diligent, thoughtful, easy-to-anger
Interests:Books. Reading and writing are his greatest passions. He sometimes enjoys playing Poker.

Background:Norton Cavanaugh was born on Earth in the depths of London. His father, Professor Edward Cavanaugh, a prominent scientist in his time, tried to shove this same passion into his young child's brain. It did not work. Young Norton's passion rested with a pen and paper, with that undefeatable desire to read and write, unlike his knowledge-lusting father. This did not go well with the professor, a man that, even with a kind heart, was easily aroused. So, as it is expected, Norton's environment became hostile as he grew. By the time his father died of old age, Norton had already decided to flee the oppression that was him home by joining StarFleet.

Life is ironic, and it is such sweet irony that saved Norton from becoming a heartless monster, reflecting only the anger he was shown. Norton managed to channel all of his anger towards duty, making it virtually impossible to think of anything else. Yet some things cannot be averted, and Norton did inherit his father's lack of temper-control. When provoked, he snaps, and depending on how angry he is will rational thought remain. Yet good things could come of this as well: the love and compassion his mother showed (and still does) to him managed to remain somewhere, softening a spot just enough to give him some thoughtfulness.

Species:Human Male
Birthplace:Vancouver, North America, Earth
Age:31

Physical Characteristics:
Height/Weight:180 centimeters / 85 kilograms
Hair/Eyes:Black / Brown
Description:Physically, Bentall is a little taller then average and has a muscular build. Though he spends much time in dark spaces he manages to keep tanned by his regular visits to the holodecks. He is considered by many to be quite handsome. He wears a bushy mustache, which gives him a slightly comical look as it is very out of place with the rest of his facial features.

Personality Characteristics:
Marital Status:Single
Family:Unknown
Dominants:Friendly, efficient, opinionated
Notes:Jarod is one of the nicest and friendliest guys in all of Starfleet. Though he grew up an orphan he has no regrets and does his duties to the fullest of his abilities. He makes friends easily and if it weren’t for the ridiculous mustache he wears he would be considered quite the ladies man. His abilities in engineering are among the best in the fleet and he finishes his tasks with a special flare that many other officers lack. His one drawback is his opinions can be argued with him till the end of time if he disagrees with you. This has resulted in numerous reprimands from his commanding officers, though privately most of them cherish is ideals and never remark on their discussion in Jarod’s permanent file.

Since his promotion to Commander and assignment as Executive Officer, Jarod has excelled in being a leader. His current Commanding Officer has recognized his abilities with more then one Starfleet medal because of his newfound leadership skills and style.
Interests:Jarod’s main interests are anything mechanical and spending time in the holodecks, recreating historic events.

Background:
Early Years:Jarod is an easygoing guy considering his life started out with him being abandoned as a baby. He does not know nor does he wish to know who his family is.

As a boy he spent many months in and out of foster homes but he always maintained a pleasant outlook on life. He excelled in school, a difficult thing to do when one moves to a new school every six months or so. He was always mechanically inclined and many times he was scolded for taking apart mechanical objects.

Upon his graduation from high school he applied and was accepted in Starfleet Academy.

Academy Years:His four years in the Academy were probably the best years of his life. He thoroughly enjoyed his time there.

After the first year he had many friends and a girlfriend. His courses all inclined towards engineering and he was often asked to help tutor some of the other students. When the time came to graduate from the Academy he got into a rather nasty argument with his girlfriend. She stormed out of their shared quarters and he didn't hear from her again for many years. Despite this loss he carried on and went on his traditional cadet-training cruise.

Yamato and Hood:His first assignment was aboard the U.S.S. Yamato as an Engineering Officer. Though he kept to himself for the most part he excelled and was promoted quickly. He remained onboard the ship for about three years before requesting a transfer. The reason for the transfer was that he was tired of keeping to himself but felt that the crew of the Yamato would be less then receptive to his new attempts at friendship.

His transfer accepted he was assigned to the U.S.S. Hood, again in the position of Engineering Officer. This time around he made many friends and again excelled at his duties. He was recognized for getting the ship running in more then one dangerous situation. Eventually his ex-girlfriend tracked him down when she was transferred to the Hood as his immediate superior officer. She proceeded to make his life a living hell and he was forced to request a transfer. She refused to grant his request for a full year until the Captain of the ship caught wind of her actions and severely reprimanded her.

He was given a choice of vessels and seeing that the U.S.S. Coronado was in need of a Chief Engineer he chose her as a new challenge.

Coronado Years:Within two months he was promoted to Lieutenant and awarded a Technical Excellence Award for his part in saving large numbers of people from a doomed planet. He continued to excel and begin exhibiting strong leadership skills. At the recommendation of Captain Lora Kor he began to study the Starfleet Command Course in his spare time.

He eventually took the test and was promoted to Lieutenant Commander. Shortly there after a mission took place that would change his career in ways he never thought possible. A Mirror Universe Double in preparation of an upcoming invasion had replaced Ensign Titan, one of his engineering officers. Titan poisoned Captain Lora Kor, and with a new Executive Officer still being chosen for the Coronado, the command duties fell to Jarod who did his best.

Fortunately for him he was successful in thwarting Titan's plans. Starfleet was impressed and decided to leave Jarod in command. Jarod proved to be fairly capable at his new job.

Another incursion from the Mirror Universe occurred and the Coronado's Mirror Crew stole the U.S.S. Voyager. Jarod was assigned the duty of tracking her down and bringing her back. They were successful but the events led to a chain reaction that would be bad for Jarod's mental well being.

After capturing all of the mirror doubles and sending them to Starfleet Intelligence for de-briefing, Admiral Wallace of Starfleet Intelligence contacted Jarod. Wallace told him that the Mirror Universe was intending to invade and take over this Universe. Jarod was shocked but assured Wallace he would do what it took to see that this did not come about. Wallace was happy with Jarod's statements and gave Jarod and his crew orders to pick up a guest and to head out to the Badlands.

The guest turned out to be Jarod's mirror double whom after some thought successfully manage to switch places with Jarod. Jarod was sent to prison for five months.

In the meantime the mirror double was on the Coronado when she picked up the now infamous Captain Swift. He was there when a cure was found for Captain Lora Kor and he was killed when trying to stop Swift from stopping the Mirror Invasion.

Jarod was released after the mission to stop the invasion had left this universe. He went on Medical Leave for a couple of months. Upon his return to active duty he was surprised to discover that his double had been promoted to Commander and had been awarded some medals. Starfleet decided to allow Jarod to retain the promotion and medals as an apology for sending him to prison.

Jarod continues to serve on the Coronado as Executive Officer and one day hopes to run into Captain Swift to pay back his kindness and see him in prison.
